NMI are pleased to partner with the Safety-Critical Systems Club (SCSC) as it returns to Bristol to celebrate its twentieth annual symposium. As usual, the event will feature topical presentations by leading practitioners in the field, and will be of interest to all who work in the development of safety-critical systems, or in related fields.

This year’s programme includes keynote addresses by Martyn Thomas, Roger Rivett, Chris Johnson, Peter Ladkin, Jens Braband and John McDermid. Sixteen other papers will be presented over the three days of the event, which also includes an opportunity for delegates to ask searching questions of an expert panel, on anything to do with safety-critical systems. Papers from the event will be published by Springer in book form, available to delegates on arrival.

An exhibition by leading vendors runs for the first two days. An evening reception with cider tasting takes place on the first evening, and the banquet on the second evening will be addressed by Bob Malcolm, who played a pivotal role in the SCSC’s formation and early years.

The full programme, and details of how to register for the event, can be found at www.scsc.org.uk/sss.

Note that attendees from NMI member companies pay a reduced non-member supplement of £45; saving £50 off the full rate. Please mention NMI when booking.
