MicroTech continues to be the UK’s primary conference on the packaging of Micro and Nanoelectronics, Photonics and MEMS technologies.
Disruptive Technologies is the key theme of this year’s MicroTech conference with four keynote and nine technical presentations from leading international organisations. This year the IEEE Advanced Packaging Materials (APM) conference co-located with MicroTech.
The theme of the APM conference is semiconductor packaging materials and their impact on packaging performance and reliability.
Four Keynote and twelve technical presentations provide an insight into the latest developments in this area from both industry and academia.
