The Technology Strategy Board (TSB), www.innovateuk.org is a UK government agency that aims to make the UK a global leader in innovation. It works with all the economic development agencies across the UK and the Research Councils to jointly invest £1bn in research and development over the next 3 years.

The TSB, along with Scottish Enterprise, is hosting an Information Day to explain its main strategic themes and for this event they are bringing experts in Energy, ICT and High Value Manufacturing. The event will explain how Scottish business and industry can engage with these themes; how to apply for R&D funding and the other technology areas covered by the TSB. The Chair of Scotland’s Technology Advisory Group will provide a Scottish perspective and strategic aims for technology.

The Information Day will offer the opportunity to network with potential partners in these technology themes and the agenda is as follows:
