Event Introduction
Artemis is an annual collaborative European R&D programme in Embedded Systems. It is highly industrially-oriented, and has resulted in a number of successful large-scale collaborative programmes in across several market sectors.
The 2012 Artemis call for proposals begins early next year, with funding support in the UK from Technology Strategy Board. The purpose of this workshop is:
• To inform UK companies about participating Artemis
• To gather potential project ideas and partnership offerings prior to a wider European Networking and Brokerage event in Prague later in January 2012
