LOCATION: Chilford Hall, Linton, Cambridge, CB21 4LE
Approx 10 miles South East of Cambridge, near Junction 9, M11
KEY NOTE: Janusz Rajski ( Mentor Graphics – Chief Scientist )

With the growing complexity of today’s IC’s , there are ever increasing demands on tools and methodology used by Engineers to develop the products. In order to maintain a sufficient level of Testability, the tools and techniques of “Design for Test” methodology are now crucial to deliver the required final product performance, and this event will provide a detailed examination of the challenges and DfT Solutions available now and in the future.

As always, in addition to the presentations, there will be the opportunity to meet and network with attendees from a variety of organisations ranging from fabless semiconductor providers, IDMs, tool suppliers, foundries, design/software service providers, research and academic institutions.

Detailed agenda will be available on the NMI web calendar shortly
