Managing Appraisals Identifies the process of setting goals,
measuring performance against them and reviewing performance.
Communicating Successfully Improving information transfer, fewer
error, accurate prioritisation of tasks, and improved clarity of
goals.
Delegation Measures the effectiveness of leaders
and demonstrates how to get the team to a position where it can
resolve issues effectively.
Manufacturing Profit Improving performance in resource management,
cost and cycle time, throughput and quality.
Management People Performance Three scenarios of exceeding, achieving,
and failing to meet goals, describing different approaches to improving
performance.
Management Systems The legislative requirements of a leader’s
role, plus a focus on financial planning.
Project Management Evaluates resource and risk management,
and focuses on the early stages of the planning process as the keys
to success in terms of getting it right first time.
Final Project It is expected that this will be work
focused, and will demonstrate the candidate's knowledge, understanding
and application of aspects of management integratively within the
programme, and which addresses in depth the ‘live’ issue
within the candidate’s area of responsibility.
Assessment CMI External Assessment is designed to
assess the candidate’s achievement of all the learning outcomes.Qualified,
academic internal assessors and verifiers assess all modules and
a representative of the CMI carries out an external assessment.
